The organist Jolanda Zwoferink is also a CD producer. In 2003 she founded the Prestare label, on which her recordings include organ works by Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750, Gottfried Silbermann organ, Kathedrale Ss. Trinitatis [Hofkirche] Dresden), works by Olivier Messiaen including the Livre du Saint Sacrement, Diptyque and the Messe de la Pentecôte (on the Stahlhuth-Jann organ in the church of St Martin in Dudelange, Luxembourg) and the organ symphonies by the Dutch composer Arie J. Keijzer (on the Marcussen organ in the Laurenskerk in Rotterdam, the Cavaillé-Coll organ in the Madeleine in Paris and the Sauer organ in the St. Petri Dom in Bremen) and works by Olivier Messiaen including the Livre du Saint Sacrement, Diptyque and the Messe de la Pentecôte (on the Stahlhuth-Jann organ in the church of St Martin in Dudelange, Luxembourg).


Jolanda Zwoferink was born in Leersum, a small village in Utrecht (the Netherlands). After her first organ lessons with her father, the organist Bert Zwoferink, she studied organ and music theory with Jan van Gijn at the Grote Kerk in Apeldoorn. At the Rotterdam and Brabant conservatories she studied with Arie Keijzer, Folkert Grondsma and Bram Beekman, taking her bachelor's and master's and qualifying in church music. She has taken part in masterclasses with Charles de Wolff (Bach and symphonic repertoire) and Olivier Latry & Hans-Ola Ericsson at the Notre Dame in Paris (Messiaen).

Jolanda Zwoferink is organist of the Dorpskerk in Oostvoorne (organ by Gideon Thomas Bätz & Johan Caspar Friedrichs, 1771/1807), the Prinsekerk in Rotterdam (organ by Johann Frederik Witte, 1877) and the IJsseldijkkerk in Krimpen aan den IJssel (organ by Jan Proper, 1891).

She programmes the international series of summer organ recitals at the concert hall in Eindhoven (symphonic organ by Pels & van Leeuwen, 1993) and is artistic director of the organ recitals in the Bergkerk in Deventer (organ by Johann Heinrich Höltgrave, 1843).

Jolanda Zwoferink teaches organ and is active as a recitalist in the Netherlands and abroad.
